Google will soon start to offer PayPal as a payment method across its entire ecosystem as part of an extended partnership between Google Pay and the American money service. Bill Ready, chief operating officer and executive vice president at PayPal, said that consumers in the United States will be able to use PayPal as a payment option to pay across all Google apps once they add their PayPal account to any of Google's services such as Google Play or YouTube. The payment can be done without requiring the user to log in each time and without leaving the Google service in question.

Google has teamed up with PayPal, making it easier to splash your cash on premium apps and services. It's been possible to flex your credit cards through Android Pay for a while now, but the PayPal collaboration means this will now be offered as a payment option as well. You can't buy hardware with your Google-connected PayPal account, so you'll have to use a more traditional method to buy that Google Home speaker you've had your eye on, but everything else is fair game.
