Back in June, the FCC revealed that the Fossil Group is working on a new generation of Wear OS devices. The watch maker today unveiled the Fossil Q Explorist HR and Q Venture HR with NFC, built-in GPS, and a heart rate sensor.

Fossil just announced a new upgrade to its extensive range of smartwatches, by bringing new products called the Fossil Q Explorist HR and Fossil Q Venture HR. Previously the brand had products called Explorist and Venture, but these two newer devices bring far more tech to make them some of the most functional smartwatches in the Fossil range. Consumer electronics manufacturer Fossil released two new fourth-generation smartwatches in a relatively discreet manner, with its online storefront now also listing the Q Venture HR and Q Explorist HR as being part of the company's contemporary wearable portfolio.
