Original Sonic the Hedgehog for Nintendo Switch slated with other Sega classics

If you loved last year's retro-inspired Sonic Mania game on Nintendo Switch , but were still longing for the Blue Blur of old, then Sega just made you very, very happy. The company announced that its ‘Sega Ages' line of retro game revivals from the Sega Genesis , Master System and arcade eras would be headed for Nintendo's portable console. SEGA has officially announced the ‘MegaDrive Mini' retro console and aims to take on Nintendo in the space, competing against the likes of the ever-popular NES Classic and SNES Classic mini consoles that Nintendo has released over the last couple of years.
