CBS Extends Streaming Agreement With NFL Through 2022

CBS is extending its streaming agreement with the NFL through 2022. As part of the agreement any NFL games which are are airing on CBS will be available on CBS All Access through the 2022 season, giving subscribers of the standalone streaming service plenty of time to enjoy the games without the need for a traditional cable package from a provider. What's more is that CBS All Access NFL streaming is coming to mobile devices, meaning games can also be streamed to the screen in your hands and on the go so you never have to miss the best game moments even if you're not at home.

CBS has just announced that it will start streaming NFL games to mobile via its All Access service for the first time. Although CBS owned the rights to stream NFL games since 2016, Verizon held the exclusive rights to stream the games on mobile.
Starting this year, the streaming service will be available to all TV Everywhere subscribers not just on mobile, but also on other media streaming devices like Apple TV, Roku, Chromecast, Android TV, Fire TV, Samsung Smart TVs, as well as game consoles such as Xbox One and PlayStation 4.

CBS and the NFL today announced an extended streaming agreement that will see all NFL on CBS games available on the CBS All Access streaming video service through 2022.
The entire 2018 NFL on CBS season will be available to all CBS All Access subscribers, on set-top boxes and, for the first time, mobile devices. That means customers who subscribe to CBS All Access can watch NFL games on iPhones and iPads with the CBS All Access app.
