T-Mobile is getting rid of the automated service when you call customer service, and it is also expanding music services for its customers. It is offering a free Pandora Plus subscription and exclusive magenta benefits at Live Nation concerts for all of its subscribers. Allowing customers to get more music, for free, without having to pay anything extra.
