7 monthes ago   |   By Phone Arena

The iPhone XS and XS Max are already seeing some rather unexpected pre-order deals from US carriers. Both Verizon and AT&T, for instance, are offering up to $700 off a second one with a new line. The iPhone XR has slower LTE download speeds than the XS/Max

7 monthes ago   |   By Phone Arena

Look above, what does this picture tell you? That the iPhone XR is no Gigabit-LTE phone, that's what. Apple's Phil Schiller touted from the stage the other day that the new iPhone XS and XS Max are joining the family of Gigabit-LTE phones. That basically means 1Gbps and above LTE download speeds, if your carrier can provide those of course.
Even if your carrier is still twiddling its thumbs on such speeds, whatever bandwidth it offers now, will be utilized much faster by a Gigabit-LTE phone, and nothing made this more clear than iPhone X vs Galaxy S9 download competitions. ...

The iPhone XS' eSIM will only be supported in 10 countries worldwide

7 monthes ago   |   By Phone Arena

For the first time ever, we are about to get iPhones that actually support two SIM cards - two separate lines with their own phone numbers, data limits, and stats.
