Samsung's belated answer to Amazon and Google's continuously expanding smart speaker lineups, as well as the Apple HomePod, is still without a release date. That's despite the fact Bixby received a major upgrade just yesterday, allowing the digital assistant underdog to dream of catching up to market veteran and “skills” champion Alexa.
The Galaxy Home, remember, was unveiled several months ago with Bixby integration and premium AKG sound, eyeing a commercial debut by the end of the year.

Samsung may have focused on the reveal of its foldable phone at the Samsung Developer Conference this year, but the company also confirmed it's planning to include notches on future handsets.
