The fall smartphone cycle is getting more interesting by the day. The upcoming Huawei Mate 20 Pro has been fully revealed in a handful of leaked images which give us a good look at the front and back of the device. The images show that the Huawei Mate 20 Pro sports a substantial notch which houses the front-facing camera, speaker and other sensors. The device doesn't appear to have a secondary camera up front or an IR sensor which would provide more secure facial recognition. Huawei has been teasing the Mate 20 series rather consistently for the past few weeks and, even though the premium Mate 20 Pro leaked out entirely yesterday, the Chinese brand is acting as if nothing happened. And in its latest teaser for the device, the company has focused on the smartphone's processor.

Huawei's latest flagship smartphone will be the Mate 20 Pro, and the first images of it have leaked. German site WinFuture has posted press images of the upcoming smartphone, which will be announced on October 16th.
The pictures show a mostly cookie-cutter smartphone design on the front. There's a sizable notch on the top and a bit of a "chin" bezel at the bottom. In the pictures, only the earpiece and a single front camera is visible in the notch, although it's a safe bet that there are sensors for proximity and brightness in there.
