An Exynos-powered variant of the Samsung Galaxy S9 has just surfaced on Geekbench. This handset got listed under its ‘SM-G960F' model number, and it managed to outscore the Snapdragon 845-powered Galaxy S9 Plus which appeared on Geekbench back in December, by quite a margin. Do keep in mind that the variant of the Galaxy S9 Plus which surfaced in December was probably just a pre-production model, so those results are not expected to be extremely high, and even though the newly-surfaced unit is miles better in terms of benchmarks performance, it's possible that this is not the final unit...

We all know the Samsung Galaxy S9 is going to be a powerful phone, but we now have a slightly clearer idea of exactly how powerful, as it's seemingly just been benchmarked. A Geekbench listing for a phone with a model number linked to the Galaxy S9 shows a single-core result of 3,648 and a multi-core result of 8,894.
