YouTube's TV Service Now Available In Five New U.S. Markets

YouTube's standalone online TV streaming service continues to expand to more markets in the United States. The last major expansion of the service happened in December 2017 but it was also accompanied by an increase in the subscription price which is now at $40 per month. YouTube is fulfilling its promise to gradually roll out its standalone TV streaming service to more markets across the country and it has now added five new markets to that list.
Those who are based in Burlington, Columbia, SC, Wichita, Wilkes Barre-Scranton-Hztn, and Champaign & Springfield-Decatur and are willing to pay...

YouTube TV service goes live in five new markets in the US

The last major expansion of YouTube TV dates from December, but the service suffered a few changes in the meantime, including a price hike that increased the monthly subscription to $40.
Starting this week, it appears the customers from five new locations can access YouTube TV if they pay the $40/month subscription. The following new markets have been added to the list of regions with YouTube TV coverage:
BurlingtonChampaign & Springfield-DecaturColumbia, SCWichitaWilkes Barre-Scranton-Hztn
