Oreo comes to the T-Mobile and Sprint Galaxy S8 lineup

Samsung is notoriously slow when it comes to bringing new software versions to its devices. The same can be said about Android Oreo and the Galaxy S8 lineup.
Despite these devices being unveiled a year ago, and it being more than 6 months since the release of Oreo, Samsung still has yet to really budge. However, it seems that the wait is finally over for some after T-Mobile and Sprint owners reported seeing updates arrive .

It's that time, folks! After PUBG Mobile began making its way through North America - landing in Canada first - the hit battle royale game is finally ready to take the US by storm.
Starting today, Android users in the US can now download PUBG Mobile from the Google Play Store. PUBG Mobile is everything you loved about the PC/console versions, only shrunken down and squeezed into your phone for truly mobile gameplay. Just good luck trying to hit actual moving targets with touch screen controls. There's definitely going to be a bit of a learning curve.

After its release in China and a soft launch in Canada, Tencent's PUBG Mobile is out now worldwide. While two versions released in China, the game made by Lightspeed is the one that released internationally. While Samsung's newest flagship, the Galaxy S9 , is just hitting the market, last year's flagship, the Galaxy S8 , is getting some love, too. Samsung and its US carrier partners are finally upgrading the Galaxy S8 to Android 8.0 Oreo , a version of the OS that came out six months ago.
