AT&T spiffs up its pre-paid offerings, adds new $50 tier

AT&T has revised its pre-paid options for subscribers, and has added a new $50/month level of service. All tiers include unlimited talk in the U.S., unlimited text to over 100 countries, and unlimited data. The $50, $60 and $85 a month plans are discounted $10 for subscribers using AutoPay. In addition, AT&T is tossing in more hotspot data on its $85 a month plan to 10GB/month from the previous 6GB/month.
The carrier is also increasing the multi-line discount for its customers. A second pre-paid line now receives a $10/month discount, which doubles the old figure. The other change ...

AT&T is reportedly getting ready to launch a new streaming service that would be priced at just $15, but would not have any sports content. This service is reportedly going to be called “AT&T Watch”, and will be effectively a new service, and not part of its DIRECTV NOW streaming service. This comes from reporters that are in attendance for AT&T's trial with the Department of Justice. AT&T's CEO, Randall Stephenson announced during his testimony today that the company would be launching a new skinny bundle in the coming weeks, called AT&T Watch.

AT&T Reveals $15/Month Streaming Service Without Sports, Launching 'in the Next Few Weeks'

AT&T is planning to add a new streaming service to its lineup called "AT&T Watch," priced at a low cost of $15 per month with the removal of all sports channels. The service will be one of the cheapest streaming bundles available on the market, and will even be free for AT&T wireless subscribers on unlimited plans .
As of now not much else is known about AT&T Watch, including exactly what channels will be on offer, what platforms it will launch on, or even a specific launch date besides "in the next few weeks." When it does debut, the service will undercut Sling TV's cheapest $20/month...
